TOUR DESCRIPTION: The true spirit of early Sydney was rum. This event will match tastes with tales to bring the scallywag stories of convicts in The Rocks back to life.
WHERE: The Argyle, a tour through The Rocks, The Doss House
WHEN: Wednesday 11th November: 7:30pm
INCLUSIONS: 2 premium rums per person (or alternative options), reserved areas at The Argyle and The Doss house, history guide / tastings host.
ITINERARY: Meeting at The Argyle 7.30 – 8:15pm : reservation booking under Maxwell Burns-McRuvie (1 x drink per person provided by Journey Walks, food to be booked by The Tax institute directly with The Argyle).
8:15 – 8:30pm : A walking history tour through The Rocks to reach The Doss House
8:30-9:00pm : Reservation at The Doss House : presentation on rum and the history of their venue with 1x drink per person included by Journey Walks
9:00 – onwards: Guests to remain at The Doss House or leave at their leisure.
COST: $50 person (tour and 2x drinks) based on a group of 30 pax : total $1500
